We hope you have all had a wonderful summer and are settling well into the new term. A particular welcome is also extended to any new families who have joined this term. We hope that you soon feel a part of the school “family” by getting involved with us, and in turn we hope to create some long-lasting, fun-filled memories for our children. We do understand it takes a lot of commitment, with your time being as valuable as your financial contributions.
Before we get things started this school year, we would just like to say, on behalf of the Parents’ Association, that we really appreciate all your help and support of our events. If you’d like a taste of some of the past events that we have arranged, please take a look at the incredible photos from our amazing resident photographer Mr Sijmons in the PA Gallery section of the school website.
Now, onto this term! We already have some exciting new events planned together with some of the more traditional events and activities, which we trust will keep both the children and the parents entertained in the usual Reedham manner! Some of the highlights will include a Halloween Disco, the traditional Christmas Fayre (always a good start to the Christmas festivities!) and a new sponsored event for the children (and perhaps some teachers?) to take part in. We shall be in touch nearer the time with details of these but please also keep a watch on the Parents’ Association section of the school website for details of these at the “News and Events” page. Also to be found on our section of the website is our “Useful Links” page which provides information you are likely to need, including who your child’s “Class Representative” is and our contact and bank account details, etc.
Lastly, if you do have any questions or ideas, would like to join our Parents’ Association Committee, or perhaps assist with our Social Events or Catering Committees, please contact us at the Parents’ Association email address email@example.com. You may also be able to catch Jo Smith at the end of the school lane at drop off or pick up times.
